Who is responsible for the processing
FISCACONSEILS SNC, Rue Vanderkindere 467 bte 2, 1180 Uccle — ub@fiscaconseils.be — is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.
What data is collected
Through the contact form: name, optionally the company, email address, optionally the phone number, the subject chosen and the content of the message.
Through browsing: this site sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and loads no resource from a third-party domain — the typefaces are served from this server. No visitor profile is built.
The hosting provider’s (OVH) server logs technically record IP addresses and requested pages, for security and operational reasons.
Why this data is processed
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible meeting — legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form;
- to perform the accounting or tax engagement when it is entrusted to the firm — legal basis: performance of the contract;
- to meet the firm’s legal and professional obligations, in particular the retention of accounting records — legal bases: legal obligation and the firm’s legitimate interest in defending its rights.
How long it is kept
- Enquiry that does not lead anywhere: 12 months from the last contact.
- Client file: seven years from the closing of the financial year concerned, in line with accounting and tax retention obligations.
- Technical server logs: retention period of the hosting provider, with no commercial use.
Who has access
Data is processed by the firm. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to the hosting provider for technical maintenance, to administrative or judicial authorities where the law requires it, and to the firm’s processors (accounting software, IT provider) to the extent necessary for the engagement.
Hosting is located within the European Union (OVH, France). No transfer of site data to a third country takes place.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on it.
To exercise these rights: ub@fiscaconseils.be, or by post to the firm’s address. A reply is given within the time limits set by the GDPR.

Your obligations as a client
As a client, you remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data you pass to the firm (data of your employees, customers or suppliers). The firm keeps that data as part of the engagement and under professional secrecy.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Accounting documents sent by email or through the firm’s platforms are kept on protected media, accessible only to the people handling the file.
