What happens during the first meeting
Thirty minutes is enough to establish three things: what you expect from the firm, the actual state of your books and obligations, and the deadlines coming up.
At the end of the meeting you receive a written proposal: exact scope, filing dates, fees and way of working. Nothing is taken over without your agreement on that document.
