What we do, concretely
Accounting and tax services
Six areas, from day-to-day bookkeeping to share transactions. Each sheet states what you hand over and what you get back.
- 01 Bookkeeping and year-end closing Keeping the books, bank reconciliations, annual accounts and filing with the National Bank.
- 02 Tax and returns Corporate income tax, personal income tax, withholding taxes and meeting the deadlines.
- 03 VAT and intra-Community transactions Periodic returns, customer listing and securing cross-border transactions.
- 04 Director's remuneration Weighing up salary, dividend and tantième, benefits in kind and social contributions.
- 05 Company formation and structuring Choosing the legal form, incorporation, registration and getting the accounting and tax running.
- 06 Audit, regularisation and taking over a file Taking over an existing file, backlog of returns, audits and late financial years.
Who we work with
Files followed by the same person, year after year
The firm is deliberately small: filing deadlines and availability depend on it.
- Self-employed and liberal professions
- Simplified or full bookkeeping, VAT, personal income tax return, advance payments and professional expenses.
- SMEs and companies
- SRL, SA and SNC: full bookkeeping, annual accounts, corporate tax, director's remuneration, bank files.
- Foreign companies active in Belgium
- Registration, VAT identification, obligations linked to the Belgian establishment and resident director.
- Taking over a file and regularisation
- Change of accountant, late financial years, backlog of filings, ongoing tax audit.
How we work
Four steps, no grey areas
Scope, timetable and fees are agreed in writing before the first entry is booked.
- 01 Review of the file We look at the starting point: books kept or not, backlog, company structure and the calendar of obligations.
- 02 Engagement letter Exact scope, filing dates, fees and way of working, in writing and before any entry is taken over.
- 03 Bringing the books up to date Collecting statements, booking entries, bank reconciliations, clearing suspense and current accounts.
- 04 Ongoing bookkeeping Recurring processing, filings submitted on time, annual accounts filed and contact with the tax authorities.

- Regulated profession: member of the ITAA institute
FISCACONSEILS SNC is an accounting and tax firm based in Uccle, Brussels. The firm is led by Ugur Bektas, chartered accountant and tax adviser, ITAA member. We handle bookkeeping, tax filings and the recurring obligations of companies, self-employed professionals and liberal professions.
Our work starts with a simple question: what should remain in the company and what in private hands, and at what cost? The figures are then kept so that this answer holds at every deadline — VAT, advance payments, year-end closing, annual accounts.
We work in English and French, at the office and by video call.

- A Belgian SRL: the obligations of one financial year, in order
- Invoicing a foreign customer: with or without VAT?
A file to hand over, a one-off question?
New enquiries are answered within one working day. First meeting at the office in Uccle, or by video call.
